Responsibilities : Someone to help on data related architecture, document and help define our technical data strategy, and get us a plan for migrating away from legacy reporting and data warehouse environments. Should have a good understanding of modern data and applications architecture, as well as understanding of legacy systems/processes and migrating them to newer technologies in GCP. Will need to be able to work reliably on their own with oversight from the client manager. and Work with stakeholders/Product Owners with strong personalities (they often have very strong opinions and personalities about digital and commercial products).

Additional Details : 1. Extensive experience working with GCP Data-related Services such as Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, BigQuery, Bigtable 2. Very strong experience with Google Composer and Apache Airflow; ability to set up, monitor, and debug a complex environment running a large number of concurrent tasks 3. Good Exposure to RDBMS / SQL fundamentals 4. Exposure to Spark, Hive, GCP Data Fusion, GCP Astronomer, Pub/Sub Messaging, Vertex, and the Python Programming Language
